ep. 69 - Women's History Month - Researching Pandemic Inequities in Accounting Academia

It is the second year of the Women's History Month podcast series! In this episode, Ms. Lindsay McLachlan, Co-Chair of Business Administration talks about her ongoing research into the impacts of the pandemic on female-identifying accountants in academia. She describes caregiving, work responsibilities, and the ways the pandemic exacerbated inequalities in differing ways. She lists recommendations made by her participants and how, in her future research, she'd like to see whether those recommendations have been turned into action.
